Philosophy Now just came out with a war and peace issue. They seemed to have put together an interesting and diverse set of contributors - including David Boersema, David P. Barash, Duane Cady, Andrew Fiala, and Dr Anja Steinbauer. It would have been nice however for them to have included someone with actual foreign policy or military experience.
